Figures 02 - Kamen Rider Wheelz and Ilzarra

Boy, I got a lot of things to write about, and lots of lag in between.

First, Wheelz' new design;  I added a leather jacket to him, and it looks good.  However, the lack of shoulder pads is distracting, and I added them back in in a later piece.

Second, Wheelz' foes.  I said I'd do this, and I have it figured out.  They are inter-dimensional biker monsters, called Bhikals.  Their natural dimension is a wide-open wasteland, with many, many roads.  They form gangs, and each one has their own motorbike.  If a Bhikals is traveling fast enough, they can travel through dimensions, which explains how they get to our world.  THey aren't too focused on oragnization, and are pretty destructive.  They break things because they want to.  I have, in my minds, an image of a powerful Bhikal that is a mentor/enemy to Wheelz, who cares more than he lets on.  He resembles a mix between Kazari of OOO's and Lobo from the DC universe.

Thirdly, Ilzarra.  She is Alzcarax's sister, and the one who removed Alzcarax's left eye.  As a dragon, she lives just about forever, and her age  matches Alzcarax's at around 900 years old.  She spent the first few years of her second century of life learning swordsmanship, and has continued refining it all throughout her life.  She's more human than dragon, though she's a full dragon in terms of genes.  She spends too much times in Human society, according to other dragons, though she has a full-blooded dragon daughter somewhere.  She's a recluse when it comes to dragons, and she dodges questions about her past when it comes to humans.  She never appears to age, so she has to be careful, especially in a male-dominated society.  She currently works as the captain of the guard for Lady Ducain, queen of Miir.  In the past, she has fought with her sister at times, both when Alzcarax was a god and wasn't.  She's never lost to Alzcarax.  Alzcarax suspects Kintolka is fiddling with the situation, but can't prove it.  The runes on Ilzarra's armor are magical, though they're rarely, if ever, used.  Seeing how Ilzarra almost a natural shape-shifter with her spells, the armor doesn't quite fit when it comes to being a dragon.  The runes cause an automatic shedding of armor and clothing when Ilzarra turns into a dragon, meaning that none of the armor or clothing is actually damaged.
